Before you submit

For a standard withdrawal, the cost of sending the goods back is paid by the buyer. For products that, due to their size, cannot be returned via a standard courier parcel, the return cost may be higher. Information about the return method will be presented during the submission process.

If you enter the order number and the email address used in the order, we will send a one-time access link to that email address.

After sending the form, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your request.

Frequently asked questions

I picked up the parcel a few days ago. From which date is the 14-day withdrawal period counted?

The withdrawal period is counted from the day you received the order or the last parcel from that order. If your order was delivered in parts, we take the delivery of the last shipment as the starting point.

I bought as a guest and I do not have an account. Can I still submit a return online?

Yes. Enter the order number and the email address used in the order, and we will send a one-time access link to the withdrawal form.

Can I return a product after opening the box and checking it at home?

In most cases, yes. You may inspect the product in a way similar to what you would do in a shop. If the product shows signs of use going beyond ordinary inspection, the refund may be reduced accordingly.

Do I have to send the product back in the original packaging?

Original packaging is helpful, especially for larger devices, but the key point is safe transport. Pack the product so it is properly protected on the way back. If packing instructions are required, we will show them in the form.

Who pays for the return shipment, and what if the product is too large for a regular courier parcel?

For a standard withdrawal, the direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer. If the product requires pallet transport or special pickup, the form will show the available return method and the operational instructions for that item.

When will I receive my refund?

The refund will be made no later than within 14 days from receiving the information about withdrawal from the contract. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of sending them back, whichever happens first.

Which costs will be refunded to me?

The refund includes the price of the product and the cost of the cheapest standard delivery method we offer. If you chose a more expensive delivery method when placing the order, the difference between the chosen method and the cheapest available method is not refundable.
