After your order ships from the warehouse, you will receive an email notification with the package's waybill number, which you can use to track delivery.

If the delivery service does not find the recipient at the address provided, they will attempt to leave a notification or contact by phone. If the order cannot be delivered, it will be returned to the warehouse.

Orders outside of United Kingdom, Poland, Germany must be prepaid.
Shipping outside the United Kingdom is carried out via Borniak Polska.

Due to EU law on waste electrical and electronic equipment, retail sales to other countries are not possible.

Check the contents of the package if there is any mechanical damage as a result of transportation (broken, torn box; torn tape, dented box, etc.). If the package is damaged, refuse the package. In the event of "acceptance of the package" and subsequent detection of physical damage to the goods, a report should be drawn up on the spot in the presence of the deliverer, which contains information about the damage. The damage report must specify the type of damage, the condition of the packaging and the Type of protection of the products contained in the packaging. Please inform us immediately.

This is a payment via an external payment server, which generates the payment confirmation for the order after a few minutes.
